The Engineer technician provides direction to customers (internal and external) via phone, email and digital tools to resolve customer inquiries and complaints on Hemodialysis Medical Water Systems.You support engineers by assembling, testing, and validating the technology that powers critical water and infrastructure solutions around the world.Your work ensures our products perform the way our customers depend on — every time.This isn't just a technical role; it's an opportunity to take ownership, build innovative solutions, and strengthen essential systems that communities rely on.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment is assembled, tested, and documented with precision.
