Program Manager
Position: Program Manager for T-7A Beddown Contracted Support Service Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with 47 FTW or 47 CES/CENM Project Managers to integrate engineering planning, programming, and execution for T-7A Beddown projects. Coordinate project requirements with end users, 47th Contracting Squadron (47 CONS), and Program Integration Office (PIO) leadership to ensure effective design, construction, and renovation. Adhere to 32 series Civil Engineer Air Force Instructions (AFIs). Track planning, programming, and implementation of T-7A Beddown projects, including: Developing and maintaining project milestone charts to ensure deadlines are met. Drafting and finalizing programming documents (e.g., DD Form 1391, Statement of Objectives, Statements of Work, cost estimates). Conducting end-user meetings. Oversee implementation through on-site visits, inspections, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and other actions to ensure successful project completion. Provide program oversight, planning solutions, programming cost estimates, and Gantt charts. Submit weekly input for the Weekly Activity Report. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture (required). Licensure as an Engineer or Architect (encouraged but not mandatory). Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering design, architectural design, and/or project management for public or federal projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (encouraged but not mandatory).
