Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS, processing sales transactions efficiently. Provide expert beverage service, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation to enhance guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while catering to guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Clear tables efficiently through bussing and assist with guest requests or concerns to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, bar stations, and dining spaces in compliance with sanitation regulations. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS is advantageous. Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally.
