General Laborer – Medical Implant Manufacturing Responsibilities: Set up and safely operate Waterjet Cutting machine following established procedures. Visually inspect metal parts for minor defects and perform corrective actions like deburring, buffing, cleaning, and polishing. Clean metal parts following established washing procedures. Input data and communicate effectively in ERP system and other assigned applications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Ability to stand and perform manual tasks for up to 10-12 hours per day. Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling parts, tools, and controls. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently. Possess good vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices. Adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure accurate and complete record keeping. Ability to work safely near machinery and potentially hazardous materials. Strong reading comprehension skills to understand manufacturing instructions. Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
