We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative; Bodycote offers: Bodycote is offering a $1,500.00 sign-on and retention bonus! Starting wages are $22.00 – 24.00 / hr. depending on experience. Paid holidays and 3 weeks paid time off. 401k with 100% company match of the first 5% contribution - 100% vested. Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans for employees and families. Full-time, 40 hours per week. 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Our people are the heart of our business. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for order entry, follow-up, status, and other daily communication with customers in coordination with sales and other staff. In addition, you will: Enter customer orders in the computer, assuring information is accurate. Review Purchase Orders and contracts with discrepancies and follow up with clarifications via phone, email, or other communication. Responsible for customer order follow-up and status. Assist with scheduling as needed/required. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders. Minimum one year experience in customer service or a related position preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and effectively communicate the English language. Knowledge and hands-on experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
