Early Childhood Evaluation Consultant

UNICEF Evaluation Office (New York) plans to contract with an experienced early childhood evaluation consultant to conduct a formative evaluation on UNICEF's approach to supporting inclusive and equitable play and development opportunities for children ages 3 to 5 through the use of the Early Childhood Development Kit.
