VideographerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Videographer to capture and deliver high-quality video content that tells compelling stories and supports our communications goals. The ideal candidate is experienced in shooting and producing interviews, comfortable working in a studio and on location, and able to manage the technical and creative aspects of video production from pre-production through production and delivery. Corporate video experience is a plus.Location: Pasadena, TexasDates: 4/13-4/16 (roughly 4-6 hours per day; tbd and flexible)Event: Customer Event (demonstrations, people working in the facility, employee interviews)Equipment Needs: Camera and TripodKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute video shoots, including interviews, b-roll, events, and corporate projects.Operate professional camera systems (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras) and choose lenses and camera settings to achieve the desired look.Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment for interviews and on-location shoots to ensure broadcast-quality results.Direct on-camera talent and conduct interview sessions to capture clear, natural performances and authentic soundbites.Collaborate with producers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to align video content with creative briefs and brand guidelines.Manage media assets, file organization, backups, and delivery of final files in required formats and specifications.Troubleshot equipment and technical issues on set; maintain and care for camera, lighting, and audio gear.QualificationsProven experience as a Videographer with a portfolio demonstrating interview-driven work and finished video projects.Proven experience conducting and filming interviews in studio and on-location settings.Proficiency with professional camera systems, audio recorders, lighting setups, and related production equipment.Excellent storytelling skills, with an understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and visual composition.Ability to direct talent and collaborate effectively with producers, clients, and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage media assets and deliver on deadlines.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to shoots as required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, video production, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.Nice to have: experience producing corporate videos, familiarity with corporate brand standards and internal communications.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
