Administrative Executive AssistantWashington Financial Bank Washington, PA (On-site)Position OverviewWashington Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Administrative Services Manager, and other Bank executives. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a confidential, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and hotel arrangementsCoordinate meetings, conferences, and business engagements; ensure conflicts are avoidedRead, screen, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO when appropriateHandle routine inquiries and follow through to resolution or escalate matters as neededPrepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents; sign standard correspondence within scope of authorityGather, assemble, and maintain data for current and future projectsTrack the status of projects under the CEO's authority to ensure timely completionMaintain paper and electronic files, many of a confidential natureOpen, sort, and route incoming mail; manage outgoing correspondenceAnswer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous mannerCoordinate Board of Directors meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting materialsAttend Bank meetings and prepare minutes as assignedAssist with Bank examinations, shareholder meetings, annual reports, and quarterly reportsSupport special projects and work collaboratively with Bank personnel across departmentsMaintain strict confidentiality at all timesFollow all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA, CRA, and ECOA complianceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required with an emphasis in a business curriculum or related experienceAssociate degree in business preferredMinimum of four (4) years of experience in a related administrative or executive support roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to exercise discretion, judgment, poise, and tactAbility to manage complex tasks with multiple variablesProficiency with standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, scanner, etc.)Work Environment Office-based positionPrimary location – 190 North Main Street, Washington, PARegular use of computer, telephone, printer, copier, scanner, and specialized softwareWhy Join Washington Financial Bank?Stable, community-focused financial institutionOpportunity to contribute to visible, high-impact marketing initiativesCollaborative team environmentMeaningful involvement in community and charitable programsA family-first company valuing employee work/life balanceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAffordable medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan with 5% employer match11 Paid holidays16 PTO days after 1st year and optional PTO purchase programUp to 2 paid community service days per yearEmployee discounts on products and servicesApply online at www.washfin.bank or by mail to 190 North Main Street, 4th Floor, Washington, PAWashington Financial Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer
