Over the past three years, ECC has removed the equivalent of more than 2 million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere — and we're just getting started.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support field operations, logistics coordination, compliance tracking, and equipment administration across Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, supporting operations teams, and helping important work move forward efficiently.What You'll Be DoingMaintain accurate records for mobile equipment, trailers, generators, flare systems, and operational assetsCoordinate equipment registrations, renewals, insurance documentation, and compliance recordsSupport fleet management, asset tracking, and inventory control systemsCoordinate logistics for equipment transportation, inspections, and field readinessServe as an administrative point of contact for Pennsylvania-based field operations teamsOrganize and maintain audit-ready operational and compliance documentationTrack inventory, spare parts, purchase requests, and vendor coordination activitiesSupport onboarding and administrative setup for new employeesAssist with office coordination and operational support functionsHelp manage environmental documentation, calibration certificates, and inspection recordsSupport permit preparation and emissions documentation processesIdentify opportunities to improve operational systems, workflows, and administrative efficiencyWhat Will Help You Succeed2–5+ years of experience in operations support, logistics coordination, administrative support, fleet administration, or related rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentExperience supporting field-based operations or industrial teams preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePointExperience with equipment tracking, inventory systems, fleet coordination, or compliance documentation is highly preferredBackground in environmental services, mining, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, or industrial operations is a plusStrong communication and follow-through skillsAbility to work independently and proactively solve problemsWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily based in Washington, Pennsylvania, with occasional travel to operational or field sites as needed.
