Accounting Analyst II - Remote
Job Summary: This individual contributor is primarily responsible for supporting financial transactions and analyses, internal and external reporting, and internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Supports communication of financial results by presenting information in verbal and written form; and documenting processes; and explains financial concepts to individuals without finance training. Supports finance system design, implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvements by understanding flow of transactions through source systems.Supports internal reporting of Company financial information by assisting with compiling standard and/or ad hoc reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, volume reporting, trade spending reports); and assisting with documentation of assets, liabilities, revenues, and operating expenses in conformity with GAAP and Company accounting policies.Meets requirements of policies and procedures to remain compliant (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, KP-NCO, POR).Supports internal and external audits by preparing interim and year-end audit schedules; and compiling information and/or documentation as required for internal and external auditors, and the Tax department. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related field OR Minimum three (3) years accounting or related business experience.About UsConnected International, Inc. About the Job The Sr Director, Sales acts as the top sales leader at Connected Cannabis and is responsible for overseeing and directing the sale of all the company's products in all active markets through wholesale channels. This role reports directly to the SVP, Commercial. The role provides thought leadership in the commercial arena that is rooted in facts and data. The ideal candidate is able to translate strategy and data into actionable goals and increased revenue and market share in California, Arizona, Florida, and future expansion markets. This position is highly cross functional, and proven success in collaboration at a senior and executive leadership level is critical. What You Will DoExample responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the sales organization including core sales and support functionsDirectly manage sales and support leaders across multiple functional disciplines, channels, and markets to build and manage their teamsDesign the strategy and execution plan of our route-to-market in each commercialized market to optimize outcomes for Connected Cannabis with our retail and wholesale partnersOwn senior customer relationships with counterparties in our most important accountsOwn relationships with Connected's commercial partners' senior leadership in each marketRepresent sales and trade perspectives cross-functionally, providing the organization with critical insights about our customers, markets, and competitors to inform strategic planning, forecasting / budgeting, and decision makingContribute to the strategic direction of the organization at leadership levelDefine the sales plan for all commercialized markets, including any multi-state or national operatorsBuild commercial infrastructure in a manner that is built-to-scale as the organization grows in all facets (sales headcount, accounts served, states operated-in, etc.)Eagerness to roll up sleeves, visit accounts, and work with all levels of the customers' organization as well as our ownRegularly spend time in the field with team and customersBuild and execute best-in-class training and development program for each assigned organizationBuild best-in-class SOPs to enable cross-functional efficiencyImplement the sales playbook and hold team accountable to Connected and Alien Labs standards of execution Additional Requirements: Kaiser Permanente is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
