Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Lead the care journey by serving as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and well-integrated experience in a high-acuity environment.+ Empower patient recovery by implementing and meticulously monitoring personalized care plans, acting decisively on changes in condition to ensure safety and clinical excellence.+ Execute clinical precision by accurately carrying out physician and nursing orders, translating complex medical plans into direct, high-quality bedside care.+ Bridge the transition to home by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are supported long after they leave the unit.**What minimum requirements you'll need****Licensure / Certification / Registration:**Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date requiredOne or more of the following required:- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
