This is a unique opportunity for a scientifically driven professional to transition into a commercial role - no prior BD experience required, full training provided!🔬 The RoleYou will work at the intersection of science and business, helping to position proprietary antibody platforms and assets to pharmaceutical and biotech partners. This role is ideal for someone with deep antibody discovery expertise who is interested in moving into a client-facing, strategic partnering role.🧪 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport licensing and partnering discussions for antibody discovery platforms and therapeutic assetsTranslate complex scientific data into clear, compelling value propositions for external partnersEngage with biotech and pharma companies to understand pipeline needs and align platform capabilitiesParticipate in partner meetings, presentations, and scientific discussionsCollaborate cross-functionally with R&D and leadership to shape partnering strategy✅ RequirementsPhD (Pharmacology, Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related biomedical field)Strong hands-on experience in antibody discovery and early development, including:Target validationHit-to-lead optimization / early discovery workflowsData interpretation (affinity, specificity, in vivo efficacy)Familiarity with antibody modalities (monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, ADCs)Ability to translate scientific insights into therapeutic and partnering narrativesStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersStrategic mindset with interest in external partnerships and licensingBased in either Germany, Netherlands, France or Switzerland with ability to travel locallyEnglish and Mandarin fluency 🌟 Why This Role?Opportunity to transition from bench to businessWork with a highly differentiated antibody platformHigh visibility role with exposure to global pharma partnershipsStrong career growth within a rapidly expanding organisation
