ServiceNow TSM Consultant – Freelance / RemoteEuropa Search is supporting a global consulting client that is looking for a ServiceNow TSM Consultant for a freelance project.This is a fully remote contract opportunity, open to candidates across EMEA or willing to work in CET time zone. The client is looking for someone with strong ServiceNow experience, ideally with exposure to Telecommunications Service Management, CSM, ITSM, or wider telecom/TMT service management processes.The consultant will support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions within a telecom-focused environment, working across requirements, configuration, implementation, testing and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities:Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow TSM-related solutionsWork with business and technical stakeholders to understand telecom service management requirementsConfigure workflows, forms, processes and platform functionality within ServiceNowSupport ServiceNow CSM / ITSM processes where requiredAssist with solution design, testing, documentation and deploymentWork remotely with international project teams and client stakeholdersRequired experience:Strong ServiceNow experienceExperience with ServiceNow TSM, CSM, ITSM or telecom/TMT-related ServiceNow projectsServiceNow configuration and/or development experienceUnderstanding of telecom service management, customer service, service assurance or order management processesExperience working on ServiceNow implementation or transformation projectsStrong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote consulting environmentNice to have:Direct ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management experienceTelecom / communications service provider backgroundExperience with Flow Designer, Glide, JavaScript, integrations or ServiceNow development toolsServiceNow certifications
