Commercial Roofer RequirementsCommercial roofing or construction experience is preferred but we willtrain the right individuals!\Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.\Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.\Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.\Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with jobspecifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level ofprofessionalism.\Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.\Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.\Must be at least 18 years of age.Working ConditionsPhysical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noiseand temperature.\Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
