Job description:As a Superintendent for Interstate Roofing, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our roofing projects while fostering a culture of safety, quality and customer service. Our team is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable work environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and motivated to excel.The Job in a Nutshell:Quality Assurance - Oversee projects to ensure quality installations, including occasional hands-on correction of work and training.Leadership - Supervise and mentor roofing technicians, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and job satisfaction.Communication – Email/text/call/visit customers in order to facilitate a smooth project and resolve any issues promptly.Documentation –to ensure transparency.Must Haves:Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access.Standing, walking, or kneeling on flat and sloped surfaces for extended periods of time.Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a roofing foreman or superintendent.Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude.
