Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and assist with inquiries from dealers and sales representatives
Process orders, returns, and modifications while ensuring timely shipment follow-up
Build customer relationships and adhere to department policies regarding wholesale ordersRequired QualificationsTwo to three years of project coordination and customer contact handling experience preferred
