HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Description:Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot system issues; perform routine maintenanceReplace defective components using proper tools and safety protocolsRun service calls efficiently using ServiceTitan (or be willing to learn)Provide on-site customer education, collect payments, and set expectationsConduct system inspections and recommend improvementsDeliver excellent customer service and communicate effectivelyCollaborate with dispatch, parts runners, and senior techs for supportFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environmentRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred.- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and/or commercial setting.- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, depending on the scope of the project.- Valid HVAC technician license or certification (if required in your jurisdiction).- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
