IT Trainer-HHK-Sacaton

Position Summary: Identifies educational needs, designs educational material and conducts employee training sessions both in person and virtual to all levels of GRHC staff. Critical Tasks:Conduct IT Skills gap analysis to determine training opportunitiesTrains new employees on proper use of IT equipment and applicationsProvides organization wide trainings on assigned topicsCollaborates with management to determine learning objectives and training goalsEffectively communicates complicated technical instructions using simple language for non-technicalusersDevelop and deliver in person/online or printed training with post training support and customized training materials.Conduct training needs analysis and define the skill sets needed to accomplish different rolesSkilled inuseradoption processes and introducing new technologies into the daily routines of non-technical end usersEvaluate the effectiveness of each educational sessionPerform technology training sessions for IT department staff as requiredOnboarding and training to new employees on required job-related applications and other technologies utilized by the organizationEnsures that the learning environmentand resources support learner needsAssists in other projects as needed Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience developing technical training content and training end usersDemonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
