Executive Assistant
Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a global professional services organization to identify a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role will focus on providing day-to-day administrative support to Managing Directors and Senior Managers while also assisting with office coordination and operational tasks as needed.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment while providing high-level executive support and exceptional service to internal teams and external visitors.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and handling invitations on behalf of senior leadership. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, rail, hotels, rental cars, and preparing expense reports with required documentation. Plan and support meetings and events, including reserving conference rooms, coordinating catering, printing materials, and arranging offsite venues when necessary. Provide administrative and operational support such as preparing reports, scanning and converting documents, ordering business cards, and assisting with passport or visa applications. Support office operations and visitor experience, including greeting guests, assisting with reception coverage, coordinating visitor logistics, and helping set up meeting spaces.
