This role will focus on handling a mix of day-to-day administrative tasks and team support functions. Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with scheduling, expenses, meeting logistics, and team coordination efforts.Key Responsibilities:Support expense report processing and timesheet submissionAssist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel logisticsCoordinate conference rooms, meeting materials, and basic AV setupPrepare documents, presentations, and proposal materialsHelp manage shipping and delivery of business materialsAssist with internal events, meetings, and team functionsTrack and submit vendor invoices and support payment processesPartner with Executive Assistants to prioritize and execute daily tasksMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityMUST HAVE Qualifications:2-4+ years of administrative, office coordination or executive support experienceExperience in large consulting, legal, or professional services firm - preferably NOT government or public sectorBachelor's degree requiredStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)Experience with expense and time tracking tools (Concur, SAP, Replicon preferred)Soft Skills: excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities, etc.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
