Zenith Business Development SupervisorCome join the Zenith Business Development team to help our agency pitch new business and win new clients! The role of the Supervisor, Corporate Development is to partner with other members of the Business Development team to assist in running of US new business pitches. The role would also allow you to partner with Zenith US Leadership and Global Publicis Media Business Development teams. The objective of our team is to secure and build long term client relationships and manage our agencies' participation in a formal pitch tender process (not a sales team).Supervisor, Corporate Development responsibilities include supporting the Business Development team in organizing and building project plans for pitches (both at the agency and at the client), working with design teams on collateral, working with IT to ensure tech/rooms are set up for pitches and working with pitch teams on specific design and experiential needs.We are looking for candidates with previous media agency experience, project management and creative and production design. The world of new business offers candidates an exciting and rapid learning career in return, we ask candidates to come with enthusiasm and tenacity for helping our agency drive new business.ResponsibilitiesProduce Winning Work in New Business PitchesPartner with pitch teams and design teams to ensure ideas are brought to life through PowerPoint design and pitch experiencesPartner with BD leads to seamlessly plan, organize pitch teams, prepare for Exec reviews and build pitch experiencesDesigning, Activating and Owning the Pitch Delivery PlanGuide and execute pitch coordination timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, design and pitch theatre/production needsOverall logistics management of new business pitches, from physical in-room needs to virtual meeting managementLead with an understanding of all aspects of our agency offering, from media planning, data, tech, AI, tools, and commercialsClose CollaborationClosely collaborate with pitch leadership to ensure a consistent, winning strategy is deployed across all pitchesEnsure accountability across key pitch stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
