Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and an active CA license for a 13-week contract covering the Marin County territory.Job Details• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population,• Territory covers Marin County within a 50-mile radius of the hub/office,• Caseload of 5-7 patients per day with a 30 productivity points per week expectation,• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break,• No on-call or weekend requirements,• EMR: HCHB (experience required),• Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,Job Requirements• Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required,• Active California PT license required (pending licensure not accepted),• BLS certification required,• HCHB EMR experience required,• OASIS experience required,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position,• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate,• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,
