This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and working with a variety of teams to support operational excellence.You'll collaborate closely with teams across Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance while helping maintain accurate records, coordinate project activities, and support product launch initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Product Development within a fast-growing consumer products company.What You'll Do:Project & Operations SupportAssist with operational projects and product lifecycle activitiesMaintain project trackers, timelines, and action item listsSchedule meetings and document key notes and follow-up itemsSupport product launch activities and project coordination effortsTrack assigned tasks and provide status updates to stakeholdersHelp ensure project documentation remains organized and up to dateSupplier & Vendor CoordinationAssist with communications between Sports Research and suppliers or manufacturing partnersFollow up on documentation requests and project deliverablesCollect and organize supplier certifications, specifications, and recordsMaintain supplier files and operational documentationEscalate delays or documentation gaps when neededDocumentation & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records for products, suppliers, packaging, and operational activitiesEnter and update information within ERP systems and internal databasesSupport document control processes and version managementVerify data accuracy and assist with record maintenanceHelp prepare documentation needed for audits and compliance activitiesCross-Functional CollaborationSupport Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams with operational requestsAssist with gathering information and documentation across departmentsHelp coordinate operational communications and project updatesSupport various departmental initiatives and special projectsWhat We're Looking For:Qualifications1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, supply chain support, manufacturing support, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google WorkspaceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred QualificationsExperience in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industriesExperience working with ERP systems or document management softwareAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related fieldFamiliarity with manufacturing, supplier, or product lifecycle processesWhat Makes You SuccessfulHighly organized and detail-orientedProactive and dependableComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong follow-through and accountabilityCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeEager to learn and grow within OperationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and EAPCompany-paid Dental and Vision coverageSelect company-paid Medical plan options401(k) with up to 4% company matchPaid holidays and floating holidaysPTO accrual programFree Sports Research productsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing wellness companyJoin Our TeamIf you're looking for an opportunity to develop your career in Operations while working alongside passionate teams dedicated to health, wellness, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and help us continue delivering products that empower people to live their healthiest lives.
