Interior Design & Product Coordinator

Sella Homes is growing and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Design & Brand Coordinator to help elevate the quality, presentation, and consistency of our homes and brand.This role combines interior design, project coordination, and field execution. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, stays organized, and genuinely cares about the details that make a home stand out.This is not just a design role, it’s a hands-on position focused on execution, presentation, and continuously improving the Sella Homes product and brand.RESPONSIBILITIES🎨 Interior Design & SelectionsOwn interior selections across spec and custom homesCreate cohesive, elevated, and market-aware design packagesStay current on design trends, materials, and what’s in/out in the marketVisit open houses, tile stores, lighting stores, and design showrooms regularly to stay inspired and informed on current trends📐 Design Documentation & CoordinationCreate layouts, elevations, and design details using CAD (AutoCAD or similar)Clearly communicate fixture locations, tile layouts, and design intent to the fieldTake detailed notes during design meetings and maintain organized project documentationCoordinate with superintendents, vendors, and trades to ensure execution aligns with design intent🧱 Field ExecutionVisit job sites regularly to verify details and qualityConfirm selections and layouts are being executed correctlyIdentify issues proactively before they become problems📦 Materials & OrganizationOrder and track materials, fixtures, and selectionsConfirm deliveries and ensure correct items arriveStay highly organized across multiple projects and timelines📸 Brand SupportCapture high-quality project content (photos/videos) consistentlyHelp maintain a consistent and elevated Sella Homes brand aestheticWork closely with The James Agency to support the company’s overall brand and marketing direction✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of interior design experienceExperience designing high-end spec and/or custom homes in the Phoenix marketStrong understanding of luxury residential design at the $3M–$5M+ home levelProficient in CAD (AutoCAD or similar)Extremely organized and detail-orientedStrong design eye and awareness of current luxury trendsProactive, fast-moving, and takes ownership naturallyStable, professional, and consistent in communication and day-to-day executionAble to remain organized, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentComfortable in both office and field environmentsStrong communication and follow-throughAble to manage multiple projects without things slipping⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATEWe’re looking for someone who notices the small details that elevate a home from good to exceptional.Someone who:Thinks aheadStays organizedTakes initiativeBrings a calm, professional, and reliable presence to the teamContinuously looks for ways to improve the homes and overall brand📩 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTSPlease include:ResumePortfolio of past workExamples of luxury residential projects in the $3M–$5M+ range that you personally worked onCandidates must have prior experience designing high-end spec and/or custom homes and be prepared to discuss specific projects during the interview process.📍 LOCATIONPhoenix, AZ — in person⭐ About Sella HomesAt Sella Homes, we’re focused on building thoughtfully designed luxury homes with strong execution, attention to detail, and a continuously improving standard across every part of the business.We’re building a team of people who care deeply about quality, ownership, growth, and doing things the right way.
