This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about hospitality, thrives within a collaborative environment, and is excited to lead projects from early concept through construction execution.As a boutique studio, our team is highly engaged in every phase of the process. Senior Designers play a critical role in shaping project direction, mentoring team members, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring design intent is carried through every level of execution.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple hospitality projects through all phases of design and executionOversee project development from concept and schematic design presentations through documentation and construction administrationDevelop and direct conceptual narratives, finish palettes, FF&E selections, and materialityProduce and oversee detailed drawing sets, elevations, millwork details, and project documentation in RevitCoordinate with consultants, fabricators, contractors, vendors, and project teamsLead client presentations, meetings, and project communicationMentor and support junior designers within the studioBalance multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining design quality, organization, and deadlinesContribute to the creative culture and continued growth of the studioRequired Qualifications7+ years of professional interior design experienceHospitality or food & beverage experience strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite requiredStrong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and project coordinationKnowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, fabrication processes, and vendor managementUnderstanding of building and ADA codesStrong graphic presentation and visual communication skillsExcellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilitiesExperience coordinating and leading project teamsBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related fieldNCIDQ certification is a plusWho You AreDesign-driven with a refined aesthetic sensibilityBoth highly creative and technically rigorousA collaborative leader and proactive communicatorPassionate about hospitality and experiential environmentsComfortable taking ownership within a fast-moving studio settingExcited to mentor others and contribute to an evolving creative teamWhat We OfferBoutique, collaborative studio cultureOpportunity to work on highly creative hospitality environmentsDirect involvement with leadership, clients, and project teamsExposure to all phases of design and executionHybrid work schedule with company laptop + work-from-home flexibilityCompetitive salary based on experiencePaid holidays, sick time and a generous PTO policyHealth benefits + HSA option401(k) optionOpportunities for professional growth and developmentTo ApplyPlease submit your resume and portfolio to hello@hale-collective.comPortfolio showcasing diverse and creative projects with technical knowledge is required.
