Key Requirements: Lead the full estimating process for assigned projects - conceptual through final bid Bachelor's degree in Construction and Management or related field Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, bid summaries, and bid submissions Coordinate with subs/suppliers and manage bid day logistics Prepare budgets for negotiated work and design-build projects Analyze post-bid results and support project turnover to operations Maintain and update the estimating database Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, On-Screen Takeoff and ICE Strong communication, planning, and Problem Solving Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail Effective at building relationships with subcontractors and team members Valid Drivers License and Clean driving record Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
