The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. If so, you are well positioned as an aspirant to HPC Team in Reticle and Photomask Inspection Division (RAPID).RAPID HPC Team is charted to provide pioneering High Performance Computing solutions in enabling-Image processing algorithms for Reticle/Photomask inspections in real time. As a HPC product design engineer, you would Design and Engineer an embedded HPC Cluster which is a critical sub-system in KLA Photo Mask inspection tool. Your primary responsibilities include leading and driving efforts to prototype groundbreaking computational technologies, optimize cost, computation time and collaborate with peers to transition prototypes to production. Additional job responsibilities include develop computational models, performance characterization, qualification of the technology stack, diagnostics development, enhance monitoring and observability, coordinating NPI, developing documentation, and support critical issues for new and legacy products.Required Technical Qualifications:Skilled in Shell scripting and Python, with experience designing and implementing reusable modules.Data science background with the ability to develop highperformance computational modelsIn-depth knowledge of one or more flavors of Linux: SUSE, Red hat, CentOS, Alma, UbuntuExperience with customizing BIOS, Disk partitioning, RAID utilities, Net boot/PXE, System-D, and Linux HA.Experience with few listed Configuration Mgmt utilities. (Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet etc.)Experience with Server Hardware, GPUs, Familiarity with CUDA, RAID/HBA Controllers, and PFS based Storage Technologies like Lustre or BeeGFSInterconnected Network configuration experience.
