Talent Acquisition SpecialistOnsite – Framingham, MASchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: onsite Tues–Thurs, remote Mon/Fri)Pay Rate: $50–58/hourPosition SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) will support hiring needs across Marketing, Finance, G&A, Audio Technology, and Luxury business units. This individual contributor role will focus on delivering full-cycle recruiting support by partnering with hiring managers to execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned to defined business needs.This role is well-suited for a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing capability, experience managing multiple requisitions, and comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across Marketing, Finance, Audio Technology, and Luxury business units, from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelinesSupport hiring plans aligned to approved headcount and business needsSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, and other channelsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring activityApply sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and targeted outreachCandidate & Hiring Manager SupportProvide a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback follow-upPartner with hiring managers to support effective interviews and candidate evaluationShare candidate insights and market feedback to support hiring decisionsRecruiting Operations & SystemsUtilize Workday and other recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate activity, and workflowsMaintain accurate candidate data and documentation to support reporting and compliance requirementsFollow established recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulationsMarket Awareness & Process ImprovementStay informed on talent market trends relevant to supported business units and role typesUse recruiting data and outcomes to refine sourcing approaches and improve pipeline effectivenessIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagementQualifications (Required)Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting and sourcingExperience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles in competitive marketsProficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searchesExperience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with employment laws and compliance best practicesData-driven approach to recruiting and sourcing decisionsExperience supporting Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Technology roles is a plus
