As a visible presence on the floor, this role embodies gracious Southern hospitality – ensuring every guest experiences a space that feels warm, polished, and thoughtfully cared for.Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and loungesCreate a consistently inviting atmosphere by paying attention to detail, ambiance, and overall guest impressionRefresh and restock public restrooms with linens, amenities, and supplies throughout the dayDust, polish, vacuum, and mop surfaces to ensure a pristine and well-kept environmentRespond promptly and warmly to guest requests, offering assistance with a hospitable, can-do attitudeSupport the housekeeping team by assisting with linen delivery, light housekeeping tasks, or special projects as neededMaintain cleanliness of entrances, outdoor areas, and high-traffic spacesIdentify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or repair needsEnsure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properlyAssist with event space upkeep and transitions when requiredUphold hotel brand standards, presentation, and service expectations at all timesQualificationsPrevious hotel experience preferred in upscale, lifestyle or luxury hotel setting.Work background reflects a successful track record of accomplishment and growth in hospitality operations with proven experience leading multi-departmental hotel operationsPassion for delivering elevated guest experiences and attention to detailCapable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 25–50 lbsProfessional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury boutique standardsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departmentsHigh level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyStrong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detailA love for storytelling through the guest experiencePrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or luxury settingStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work efficiently and independentlyPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift required itemsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to follow instructions and maintain consistency in standardsRespectful, integrity, and professional demeanorFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysAbout Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel & HerschendDolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel is the newest hospitality venture of Herschend.
