As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in all hotel public spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and polished experience.Responsibilities:What You’ll DoAssist the team in providing the highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel.Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.Maintain the lobby by cleaning the registration desk, vacuuming, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies as needed.Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, removing trash, cleaning tables and glass doors, checking spa water, and testing bromine levels.Clean and organize the exercise room by wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors, removing trash, and vacuuming.Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll BringA desire to take initiative and be self-motivated in an entry-level role.Good judgment and problem-solving skills.Completion of training and certification sign-off.Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.Other information:What You Can Look Forward ToMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (starting Day 1)Life Insurance and Disability InsurancePaid Parental LeaveDailyPay optionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with company matchVacation/Paid Time Off (PTO) with rolloverComplimentary wellness toolsUnlimited referral bonusesLeadership development and tuition reimbursementDiscounts on hotel rooms, dining, and other travel/entertainment experiencesMultiple hotels in each market = more opportunities for growthWhite Lodging is an equal opportunity employer.
