Talent Acquisition Manager (High-Performance Recruiter)

They are looking for an operator-led recruiting and performance platform dedicated to helping real estate investors build high-performing acquisitions and sales teams. Our mission is to optimize hiring foundations, source and vet top talent, and support onboarding and ongoing coaching for sustained team success.As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' teams and driving their growth. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you ensure a seamless candidate experience and deliver measurable recruiting outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channelsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsPartner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring goals and prioritiesDrive a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptanceManage recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion performanceConduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring decisionsNegotiate offers and close candidates effectivelySupport onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hiresRequirementsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environmentsProven experience sourcing candidates and closing offers in a competitive talent marketTrack record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and targetsExperience recruiting across multiple functions within real estate investing organizations, including acquisitions reps, inside sales/ISA, dispositions, and admin/opsHands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidatesExperience recruiting for sales rolesExperience recruiting in high-growth company environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Agency recruiting experienceExperience recruiting in the real estate industryBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentivesOpportunities for career growth and advancementDynamic, team-oriented environmentDirect access to leadership and the ability to make a significant impact on company growth
