The successful candidate will be a key player in sourcing, structuring, and scaling both institutional and private capital to support the firm's growth and investment objectives. This role is pivotal, sitting at the intersection of investment strategy, investor engagement, and capital execution, and will involve leading capital formation and investor origination efforts across a diverse range of investor types. The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, securing equity commitments, and building a scalable investor pipeline. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 12-20 years' experience in real estate private equity capital raising, investment banking with a focus on real estate, placement agent platforms, or institutional asset management. A proven track record of raising significant capital, deep relationships across various investor networks, and a high ownership mentality are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong alignment to entrepreneurial yet institutional platforms, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a results-driven approach. Elite relationship-building, sales capability, and strong financial and structuring acumen are also necessary, as is the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
