This is not a cinematography role. You will make data, graphs, and scientific studies look compelling on screen, and you will do it at volume.What You’ll Be DoingEdit and shape long-form video series, including title cards, intros, chapter breaks, captions, and logo bugs.Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips optimised for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Build and animate motion graphics elements such as graphs, study callouts, patent references, and data visualisations.Test multiple openers and content versions to support performance optimization.Collaborate with a graphic designer who produces static assets, bringing those assets to life through animation.Support the team with digital asset management as the company rolls out a DAM system.RequirementsStrong hands-on motion graphics skills in After Effects or equivalent; this is non-negotiable for a science content environment.Deep platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including format specs, aspect ratios, and what drives performance.Ability to cut for long-form, organic social, and performance social without losing quality.With efficiency and volume capability, you can deliver multiple versions, flag trade-offs clearly, and keep things moving.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.An independent, proactive mindset, you bring ideas and do not wait to be told exactly what to do.Nice to HaveGraphic design skills alongside your editing and motion graphics work.Experience with cloud-based file workflows or DAM platforms.Background in science, health, or wellness content.Familiarity with AI tools used to support (not replace) strong editing skills.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary.100% remote work.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
