Whether you are chasing travel adventures across the U.S. or seeking the perfect local placement, we handle the gritty logistics so you can focus on saving lives (and actually enjoying your days off).Join the team where "Heart meets Tech"—and get the VIP career treatment you deserve.RequirementsPerform rapid, accurate patient assessments and triage to prioritize care in a busy ERDeliver trauma-informed care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatricsInitiate IVs, draw labs, and manage medications including vasopressors and antiarrhythmicsMonitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry, escalating concerns to physiciansProvide safe care for respiratory patients with familiarity in vents/CPAP/BiPAP troubleshootingSupport throughput by collaborating with physicians, techs, and support services to move patients efficientlyDocument care clearly and promptly in EPIC to ensure continuity and qualityEducate patients and families with compassion and clear communication during stressful momentsQualificationsActive RN license (eligible to work in North Dakota)Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCCMinimum 2 years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience preferredExperience with EPIC charting strongly preferredComfort with 12-hour rotating shifts and every-other-weekend schedulingAbility to manage multiple high-acuity patients and triage effectivelyTravel experience preferred but enthusiastic first-time travelers are welcomeBSN not required29743220EXPPLAT
