Robotics Site Manager (Installation)About ROBOROBO (Robotics Operations & Business Oversight) provides installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operational support services for leading warehouse automation and robotics companies across North America.We are seeking a Robotics Installation Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of warehouse automation and robotics installation projects. This individual will serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for coordinating labor, managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong customer communication throughout project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day installation activities at customer sites.Coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and technical personnel.Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.Lead daily startup meetings, safety briefings, and progress reviews.Track project milestones, labor utilization, and installation progress.Coordinate delivery, staging, and organization of materials and equipment.Identify project risks and proactively escalate issues affecting schedule, quality, or safety.Support commissioning and handoff activities as projects move toward completion.Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project records.Ensure compliance with customer safety requirements and site procedures.Qualifications2+ years of experience in industrial installation, warehouse automation, construction management, robotics, material handling systems, or related fields.Experience leading field crews or installation teams.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to read project drawings, layouts, and installation documentation.Experience working with conveyors, robotics systems, racking, AMRs, ASRS, or warehouse automation equipment is preferred.Comfortable working in active warehouse, construction, or industrial environments.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting automation installation projects.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple work-streams.Basic understanding of commissioning and startup activities.Why Join ROBO?Work on cutting-edge warehouse automation projects.Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding robotics company.Exposure to leading automation technologies and industry partners.Competitive compensation and advancement opportunities.
