Amulet is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our client's team. We're looking for an experienced and dynamic AE who can not only crush current pipeline and close mid-market deals, but help build out the playbook and continue the startup's exponential growth. It’s a great opportunity to work directly with the CEO and founding team to scale revenue, and significantly impact the culture and growth trajectory.About You: 2 - 7 years in sales, with minimum 2 years closing experiencePreferably experience or exposure to startups or b2b saasCharismatic and dynamic - you can command a room or a zoom callThrives in a fast-paced startup environment and adapts to changing circumstancesQuick learnerKey Responsibilities:Own the full mid-market sales cycle (discovery → close), partnering closely with a BDR to qualify opportunities and a Risk Management Advisor to drive deals forward with urgency and precisionOwn deep, consultative discovery that goes beyond surface-level needs - diagnosing operational challenges, key risk management exposures, and partnering to form a risk mitigation plan that earns trust and drives convictionLead onboarding for new accounts and set the foundation for long-term success by aligning expectations, mapping timelines, and building trust earlyNurture and manage your pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging new prospects through outbound efforts, warm intros, referrals, and strategic networkingDevelop compelling proposals and deal narratives that communicate value, anticipate objections, and move decision-makers toward actionBenefits:$120k - $140k base, $200k - $250k OTE4 days/week in-office in New York, NYFlexible PTOComprehensive benefit plans for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability401(k)Be a part of a category defining business, and build along great people
