What You’ll Bring: Proven expertise in diagnostic radiology with proficiency across multiple imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine. Strong skills in performing specialized procedures such as biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, bone, renal), guided drainages (paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess), lumbar punctures, and joint injections. Ability to interpret complex images and collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient outcomes. Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to manage high-volume cases efficiently. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with subspecialty case mixes including ER, Neuro, Pediatric, Mammo, and Nuclear Medicine. Prior background in performing light Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures. Familiarity with hospital-based workflows and multidisciplinary team environments. Certification(s) from recognized radiology boards or relevant professional bodies. Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with board certification or eligible in radiology. Minimum of 2 years’ post-residency clinical experience in diagnostic radiology, ideally within a hospital setting. Prior locum or temp radiology work highly advantageous. Other Requirements: Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania. Ability to work onsite starting from March 6, 2026. Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Ability to handle a daily case volume of 90-100 studies with 60-70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift. Must include malpractice insurance in the hourly rates. Availability to work scheduled shifts, including holiday and overtime hours if required. Valid certifications, licensure, and related reimbursements for travel or licensing costs as applicable.
