This role is on-site in Tustin, CA.OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Logitech Systems Specialist to support a short-term project focused on evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing a large enterprise conference room environment. This role will work closely with IT leadership to improve and professionalize an existing video conferencing setup using Logitech collaboration technologies.This is an ideal opportunity for a technical professional experienced in conference room AV systems, unified communications, and Logitech conferencing solutions who can assess current infrastructure and implement best-practice improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess current-state conference room audio/visual and video conferencing setupEvaluate existing Logitech collaboration equipment and configurationsRecommend future-state design aligned with modern enterprise conferencing standardsCollaborate with IT stakeholders to review recommendations and gain alignmentConfigure, optimize, and deploy approved improvementsEnsure reliable video, audio, and hybrid meeting performanceTroubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and integration issuesDocument configurations, setup standards, and operational proceduresProvide knowledge transfer and best practices to internal IT teams Required QualificationsHands-on experience with Logitech conferencing solutions (Rally, Meetup, Tap, Room systems, or similar)Experience designing or optimizing conference room AV environmentsStrong understanding of video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, or similar)Knowledge of audio/video signal flow, room acoustics, and conferencing best practicesAbility to independently assess environments and propose solutionsStrong troubleshooting and implementation skillsAbility to work onsite and collaborate directly with stakeholders Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting executive or large conference room environmentsBackground in unified communications or enterprise collaboration systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder-facing skillsExperience documenting technical standards or room designs Ideal Candidate
