Commercial Lending/Real Estate Paralegal

The paralegal will support attorneys in managing commercial real estate loans and transactions from inception through closing. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, reviewing title and survey materials, managing timelines, and maintaining communication with lenders, title companies, and clients.Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:Assist with the drafting and proofreading of loan documents for commercial property transactions Review, organize, and track due diligence materialsManage and maintain detailed closing checklists and timelinesFacilitate communication between attorneys, clients, title companies, and banksReview and analyze title commitments and surveysEnsure all transactional documents and exhibits are prepared for timely closingsMaintain organized electronic files and transaction recordsE-record documents and handle post-closing tasks as neededTrack billable time and maintain accurate time entriesWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate and lending transactionsExcellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detailClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across multiple stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new legal software systemsSelf-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyMaintains discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client mattersFlexible and composed under pressure with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetWhy This Role:This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative and highly regarded legal team in Fort Worth.
