Prepare and file gift, estate, and inheritance tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.2. Conduct extensive research and analysis on complex tax issues related to trusts and estates.3. Liaise with clients, attorneys, and tax advisors to gather necessary information and documentation.4. Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents and trust agreements.5. Provide comprehensive support in the administration of trusts and estates, including asset distribution and closing procedures.6. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact trusts and estates and provide updates to the team.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2. Paralegal certification is a plus.3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Paralegal with a focus on tax returns.4. In-depth knowledge of gift tax returns, estate tax returns, and inheritance tax returns.5. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant technology.6. Exceptional research and analytical skills.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Interested in hearing more?
