This role requires a strong knowledge of skin care treatments, products, and techniques, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction, professionalism, and teamwork.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultationsPerform thorough skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and retail productsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room in accordance with state regulations and spa standardsEducate guests on proper skincare routines and product usageAccurately document guest information, treatment notes, and preferencesPromote spa services, programs, and retail offerings to enhance the guest experienceUphold all spa policies, procedures, and service standardsWork collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure smooth daily operationsDeliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanorAttend required training sessions, meetings, and continuing education opportunitiesWhat are we looking for?QualificationsValid Esthetician license in the state of FloridaPrevious spa or hospitality experience preferredStrong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and sanitation practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport with guests and provide personalized serviceProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motionsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout the workdayManual dexterity to perform treatmentsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallySchedule & AvailabilityFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needsWhat are we looking for?CompensationPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
