General AssemblerJoin our team in the assembly department where you will work on assembling products using hand and power tools. You will collaborate with other assemblers to efficiently move racks and shelves.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products using hand and power tools.Work collaboratively with other assemblers to move racks and shelves.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.Measure components accurately to ensure proper fitting.Load and unload workpieces, requiring the ability to bend and lift.Essential Skills1+ years of assembly experience.6+ months of manufacturing experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read blueprints.Experience in mechanical assembly and using measuring tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with assembly processes and materials.General labor experience.Work EnvironmentWork in a clean, smaller machine/metal shop with a close-knit team of 40 people, including office personnel. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere where everyone knows each other by first name.
