Data AnalystOnsite | 5 Days per Week (Mon–Fri)Experience Level: 2–4 YearsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree RequiredRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support enterprise-scale analytics initiatives leveraging large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, optimization modeling, and predictive analytics. This role blends advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data engineering, working closely with cross‑functional partners to solve real-world business problems using data.This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments, communicates well across teams, and enjoys working with true big data.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Analytics & ModelingDevelop, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods) to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.Analyze large volumes of enterprise data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive measurable business impact.Apply the scientific method to frame problems, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and rigorously test solutions.Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics techniques where applicable.Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Data Engineering & PreparationDesign, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.Identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources; automate ongoing data ingestion processes.Perform thorough data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation on structured and unstructured datasets to ensure data quality and model readiness.Apply data management and data engineering principles to maintain scalable, enterprise‑level data architecture.Design dimensional data models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across analytics use cases.Collaboration & DeliveryPartner with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.Contribute to team initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.Provide cross‑functional analytical and technical support as business needs arise.Required Qualifications2–4 years of experience in a data‑focused role involving data analysis, modeling, and visualization.Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn) and SQL.Hands‑on experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.Practical experience working with big data frameworks such as Spark or similar distributed computing environments.Experience analyzing and modeling large structured and unstructured datasets.Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and resolve conflicts professionally.Nice to HaveExperience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing practices.Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, JIRA, or ServiceNow.Exposure to AI/LLM‑driven solutions, including agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain).Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
