Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site position at Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, WY. This role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include managing the team, training staff, creating menus, maintaining budgetary controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The manager will work closely with other departments to maintain operational efficiency and deliver an excellent dining experience for guests. Qualifications Experience and expertise in Food Service, Food & Beverage operationsStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experienceProven ability in Training and mentoring staff for optimal performanceKnowledge of Budgeting and financial planning to manage expenses efficientlyExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus
