You will be the driving force behind consistent, scalable, high-quality workplace environments that support our people and power our business objectives.This is a hands-on, highly strategic leadership role that blends big-picture planning with meticulous operational delivery. You’ll travel internationally, work across cultures and time zones, and leave a lasting mark on how we operate globally.What You'll DoLead, mentor and develop a global team of Office Managers — fostering a culture of service excellence, agility and continuous improvement.Own global office space planning and projections, including strategy and execution for new openings, relocations, expansions and closures.Oversee complex office refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment across all locations.Ensure seamless day-to-day delivery of all office services — reception, catering, security, supplies and facilities maintenance — to the highest standard.Define and enforce global office branding, layout and experience standards while enabling local adaptability.Partner with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement and Employer Branding teams to drive cross-functional excellence.Champion sustainability initiatives and rigorously manage office costs, vendor contracts and supplier relationships.Act as the central point of authority for all global workplace matters, driving consistency, accountability and innovation.What We're Looking For10+ years of progressive experience in office management, facilities management or workplace strategy within a multinational, multi-site organisation.5+ years in a senior leadership or global management capacity, with a strong track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.Proven expertise managing complex international office projects — refurbishments, expansions, relocations and new site launches.Strong grasp of real estate planning, contract and vendor management, and workplace technology.Exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills — you can influence at every level.Culturally intelligent and naturally at ease working across geographies, time zones and diverse teams.A track record of implementing global standards whilst maintaining the flexibility to meet local needs.Why This RoleGlobal stage.
