Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with potential clients to confirm and remind them of their showroom visits. Resource Management: Ensure showroom availability aligns with customer appointments and staff scheduling. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all scheduled visits and follow-up with clients post-visit.
