Change Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing the Veterans Health Administration Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with program leadership and project managers to ensure alignment of messaging and change activities Support governance activities and track adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement for reporting and continuous improvement Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder needs identification to develop targeted engagement strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 6+ years of experience supporting change management and/or organizational transformation Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and communication efforts Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organizational and analytical skills
