Key responsibilities include conducting research, assisting with the implementation of community policies and guidance, and contributing to business process and systems improvement initiatives across mission, system, and fiscal domains.The analyst will also recommend and develop new technical solutions, products, and standards that align with organizational strategy and operations. This role may include leading and coordinating the work of technical staff, with responsibilities that directly impact project outcomes.Basic Requirements:Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and ServicesStrategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and prioritiesMake recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issuesAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executivesCommunicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiencesExtensive experience in collaboration across multiple entitiesExperience working with partners outside the USBasic Qualifications:TS/SCI with Polygraph required.Typically requires BS degree and 12 to 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 to 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
