No weekend requirementsSalary: Starting at $65,000+/year (depending on experience)As the Social Services Director on our team, you'll play a key role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.Social Services Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:Must have an active/ valid NJ LSW or CSWPrevious LTC/ nursing home experience is requiredPrior experience managing social work staffAbility to work effectively in a team, environment, collaborate, with others, and perform well under pressureDirects, establishes & plans the overall policies/goals for the Social Services Dept.Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentationParticipates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of the residentHelp provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family membersAbility to work independently or part of an interprofessional teamComputer knowledge and experience using Point Click CareOther duties as assigned by AdministratorSocial Services Director Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-time 1st shift and on-call as needed.
