Job Title: Lead Machine Learning EngineerLocation: Onsite Newark, NJ 07102Duration : 6+ months contractContract: w2(No c2c No 1099)Job Description:We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect, develop, deploy, and scale Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy ML models and Agentic AI solutions.Build scalable cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines.Develop and optimize MLOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.Monitor model performance, governance, observability, and reliability.Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members.Develop applications using Python, C++, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.Required SkillsStrong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI.Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering.Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design.Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark/PySpark, and REST APIs.Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CloudBees.Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and AI lifecycle management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.Top Skills:Traditional Machine Learning & Agentic AIMLOps / Model Deployment & Cloud EngineeringSoftware Engineering & System Design
